In this podcast, Jason and Aileen explore how Jason has created success and financial freedom through real estate investing, delving into his newest achievement as COO of newly launched Liberty, the World’s First Single-Tenant Net-Leased (STNL) Security Token offering. The managing principles at Liberty, Jason included, have developed a diversified portfolio of internet-resistant, cash-flowing Net Lease properties known to provide stable monthly income for its investors. Jason also describes how exactly a Security Token translates tangible Real Estate into digital assets on the Blockchain, which not only improves the liquidity of the commercial real estate buildings but its tradability and transparency for investors, as well.

Bonavest Capital aims to help you achieve your financial success and obtain your most valuable asset, “Time”, so that you can pursue the passions and do more great things with the people you care about most and at your own time.
