THE LIBERLAND SHOW

NET LEASE INVESTMENTS, SECURITY TOKENS & INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Interview with Adam Carswell and Michael Flight on Episode 55 of The Liberland Show podcast.

SEPTEMBER 24, 2020 | EPISODE 55

Michael Flight, CEO of Liberty Real Estate Fund LLC (LibertyFund.io) is interviewed by Adam Carswell aka The Voice of Liberty on the Liberland Show. In this episode, Adam and Michael discuss their involvement and residency in Liberland. Liberland is one of the world’s youngest nations and is located between Croatia and Serbia. The entire country’s infrastructure is built on blockchain. Michael Flight has been working to promote and develop the Liberland Free Trade Zone (LFTZ) which creates investment from all around the world to the Sombor Serbia area.

Michael and Adam touch on the importance of property rights, the benefits of Net Lease, Triple Net (NNN) and Single Tenant Net Lease real estate investments. They also explain how the future of real estate debt and equity investment will be digital assets on the blockchain. The tokenization currently is using the Ethereum blockchain and the ERC-20 protocol. Michael introduces the company he recently co-founded, Liberty Real Estate Fund LLC that utilizes blockchain technology as a way to provide unheard of liquidity for private real estate investments. Flight goes on to explain how Net Lease properties are like “bonds wrapped in real estate” and how security tokens expand investment opportunities to a worldwide community of investors.

The conversation wraps up with how the tokenization of real estate assets offers relatively minimal risks to investors with stable returns on investments, as well as how interested investors can become part of the real estate on the blockchain movement with the help of Liberty Real Estate Fund.
